Super-intensive Spanish course 30 by Españole IH in Valencia, is designed so that students will learn the most of their stay abroad in the active and dinamic way.
The programme consists of 20 lessons and 10 workshops (you can choose 2 from: Spanish life and culture, Grammar, Pronunciation and Conversation, for at least B1: Health and Medicine or Business) weekly each one of which is 50 minutes long.
The groups in Españolé IH are formed by 10 students at the most, thanks to which there is intimate learning atmophere and all the students' needs are taken into account.
All the students who are not total beginners may start the course every Monday of the year. Those who hasn't started learning Spanish yet should consult the starting dates set previously.
Depending on the number of students, level and season, the school may be obliged to replace a course group for a mini group or private sessions with reduced hours. These modifications don't imply any price changes.
The school will remain closed, and there won't be classes on bank holidays. Classes lost due to these festivities can't be rescheduled nor refunded.

Description
This type of accommodation gives you the chance to live with students from other countries. The apartments are located in the residential area, around 25 minutes (average 20) by public transport from the school.
The apartments have between 3 and 5 bedrooms with shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, TV, laundry facilities and WI-FI. Common areas and rooms have heating and fans.
The common areas of the apartments are cleaned every two weeks.
On arrival the school provides bed linen, but not towels. If you need extra linen, you can ask for it at the school reception (you should leave a refundable deposit of 30€).

Students must pay 100€ as deposit, that will be used to guarantee the respect of the rules in the apartments. Description
Es la mejor opción si quieres vivir en el casco antiguo a sólo 5 minutos andando de la escuela. Los apartamentos Marqués están situados en un edificio con 5 apartamentos donde sólo viven estudiantes de la escuela.
Cada apartamento tiene de 2 a 5 habitaciones con cama, armario y mesa de estudio. Habitaciones individuales y dobles con baño privado o compartido.
Hay una sala de estar, cocina totalmente equipada, TV y lavadora, WIFI gratuito. Las habitaciones y zonas comunes disponen de aire acondicionado (frío y calor).
Limpieza de zonas comunes y habitaciones cada semana. Ropa de cama y toallas se proporcionan y se cambian semanalmente.
La zona es muy animada, muchas de las antiguas casas y palacios han sido reconstruidos y convertidos en bares, pubs o restaurantes. También hay muchas tiendas, supermercados y otros servicios en los alrededores.

The apartments are located in San Dionisio building, a brand-new restored building with 6 apartments for students. It is next to the school (3 minutes walking) in the neighborhood "El Carmen".
Each apartment has 4 or 5 bedrooms (single and twin) all of them with private bathroom and fridge.
There is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, TV and laundry facilities, free WIFI. Rooms and common areas have air-conditioning (hot and cold).
