Superintensive Spanish course 30 by AIL Madrid is a programme of fast but efficient learning at once.

The course consists of 30 lessons per week each one being 50 minutes long.

Groups in AIL Madrid are formed by 8 students at the most, creating comfy learning atmosphere and ensuring the attention to all the students' necessities.

All the students who are not total beginners may start the course every Monday of the year. Those who hasn't started learning Spanish yet should consult the starting dates set previously.

In the rare case of inscription of only one student for the course on the same level, the number of the classes will be reduced to 40% of the original number, and to 80% in case of inscription of two students. These modifications don't imply any price changes.

The school will remain closed, and there won't be classes on bank holidays. Classes lost due to these festivities can't be rescheduled nor refunded.

Description

Shared flats are a great option if you want to live more independently during your stay. This self-catering, international atmosphere is the perfect mix of independence and socializing! The flats are fully furnished, generally have between 4 and 6 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and 1 or 2 bathrooms.

During peak season, you could stay in a shared flat with people who are not students from the school (international and Spanish roommates), but with the same amenities and services as in our flats: weekly cleaning of the communal areas, Wi-Fi, bills included (water, gas, and electric), towels, bedding, and basic cleaning supplies.

Arrival on Sunday no later than 11pm, departure on Saturday at 12pm. A late check-in fee (50€) is payable after 10pm. Extra nights on request at an extra cost.

There are single or twin rooms. Twin rooms are available only for two people reserving together (price per person).

From 18 years old. All flats are mixed gender.

Description

The families are carefully selected for a warm friendly atmosphere, good facilities, and clean, comfortable surroundings.

The host families live in comfortable flats in secure, residential areas of Madrid. The families themselves are couples (with or without children) or people living alone, and can be of working age or retired. All of them are Spanish natives, who will make you feel welcome right away. It's the perfect way to improve your Spanish.

One laundry service per week. Bedding and towels provided and changed weekly.

You can choose half board (breakfast and dinner) or full board (half board plus lunch, usually packed lunch). Students do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Hot drinks preparing and storing snacks in the fridge only.

There are single or twin rooms. Twin rooms are available only for two people reserving togheter, price per person.

Description

We recommend student residences (university residences) for independent people who want to meet other young students and live in a stimulating and fun environment! The residence is centrally located, close to Plaza de España, in one of the capital's most prevalent university neighborhoods and is home to a wonderful community of Spanish and international students.

All your meals are included (with the exception of Sundays and holidays) so you can focus on your studies. Student's are not able to use the kitchen to prepare meals. Microwave and fridge are available in the dining room with a restricted access schedule.

There are no curfews or time restrictions, and guests are welcome until 21:00. Quiet hours begin at 23:00, ensuring that you are well rested in addition enjoying a calm study environment throughout the day. No drugs or alcohol are allowed anywhere in the building or rooms at any time. Any breach of this rule will lead to immediate eviction.

One laundry service per week is included. Bedding changed weekly. Towels provided.

Students age range: 18 to 35. The residence is mixed gender.

There are single and twin rooms. Twin rooms are are shared with another student of the same sex, price per person.

Comfortable and self contained individual accommodation located, close to the Royal Palace and the Plaza de España. Coming in double bed and twin bed options, these one bedroom apartments consist of a bright and spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
